- Standard Shipping is free for orders over $100 USD.
- Orders below $100 USD are subject to a $30 USD shipping fee.

- Express shipping is available to selected countries and regions.

Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing and preparation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to become available or update.
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and tracking information.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
Duties & Taxes
In most cases, duties and taxes are included in the prices displayed on our website, so you generally will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping Issues & Address Changes
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and tracking information.
We will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Songmont cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.

During the warranty period, Songmont provides repair support for eligible after-sales cases.

- Paid membership is valid for one year and can be renewed by purchasing again.
- Birthday gift must be redeemed within two months, available with a purchase over $100 or by paying shipping (cannot be used with new customer discount).
- To qualify for the birthday gift, please enter the date at least 30 days in advance.
- Awards can only be redeemed from the loyalty program during a purchase over $100 or by paying shipping.
- The Golden Pine Club membership is eligible for a refund if none of the benefits has been expensed within the first 30 days of purchase.
