Silver Pine Club members can upgrade to Golden Pine Club membership for just $9.9 (regularly $25). Rules & Notes
- Points are valid for one year after lauching new program (on a rolling basis).
- Paid membership is valid for one year, and can be renewed by purchasing again.
- Point rewards and birthday benefits must be redeemed within 2 months from the date of redemption, available with a purchase of over $100. (Cannot be used after expiration).
- In order to qualify for the birthday coupon or gift, please enter the date at least 30 days in advance.
- Awards can only be redeemed from the loyalty program during a purchase over $100 or payment of shipping.
