At Songmont, we are committed to providing a reliable product experience and thoughtful after-sales support.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Online Website Orders

  • Online website orders are eligible for after-sales service within 30 days of delivery.
  • We strive to respond to all after-sales inquiries within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-8 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Customers located in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom may enjoy free return shipping when returning eligible items.
  • For customers in other countries or regions, return shipping arrangements may vary, and customers may be required to bear the corresponding return shipping costs.

Offline Store Purchases

  • Items purchased from offline stores are eligible for after-sales service within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • All requests must be handled through the original store of purchase. After-sales services cannot be processed across different stores or countries.

After-Sales Window

Requests submitted outside the applicable after-sales period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for after-sales service, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Have all tags attached and intact
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items (if applicable)
  • Remain in resalable condition

For store purchases, a valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.

3. Global Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Applicable to both online website orders and store purchases

During the warranty period, Songmont provides repair support for eligible after-sales cases.

Due to international shipping and repair scheduling, repairs typically require 3–6 months to complete.
