Warrant Policy

In the unlikely event the handbag needs repair (e.g., a lock or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched) within 3 months from the date of receipt, we will provide free repair service.

This service does not include the cost of shipping unless the issue is due to a product defect or our error, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.

Outside of the 3-month warranty, customers will be responsible for all repair costs and return shipping fees.

 

Please note: Softening of the handbag shape due to regular use is normal and is not considered a defect; therefore, we cannot offer repairs for this issue. Repair costs vary depending on the extent of the damage.
