Online Website Orders

Online website orders are eligible for after-sales service within 30 days of delivery.
We strive to respond to all after-sales inquiries within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-8 business days after we receive the returned item.
Customers located in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom may enjoy free return shipping when returning eligible items.
For customers in other countries or regions, return shipping arrangements may vary, and customers may be required to bear the corresponding return shipping costs.

Offline Store Purchases

Items purchased from offline stores are eligible for after-sales service within 15 days from the date of purchase.
All requests must be handled through the original store of purchase. After-sales services cannot be processed across different stores or countries.
