The main leather is crafted from timeless vegetable-tanned leather, paired with the lining of plant dyed cotton with tiger tooth prints. This combination evokes a sense of vintage charm, with the texture becoming increasingly exclusive the more you use it.

The semi-circular, large-capacity design accommodates various glasses sizes, ensuring they are securely wrapped. The convenient snap button, positioned between the lenses, provides easy access while preventing accidental falls. The lateral lanyard allows for effortless carrying and enhances security, minimizing the risk of loss or theft.

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you are free to request a return within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the return process steps below.

Policy

All items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, etc.) intact. (except returns due to damage or flaws). Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.). No extra service charge is needed. Any item marked as [SALE] cannot be returned or exchanged. We will notify you once we have received your return and processed your refund. We do not process direct exchanges. We suggest you initiate a return for the refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred due to personal reasons for returns, except in cases of product quality issues or our responsibility.

- For US domestic orders

-To initiate a return, please submit a return request.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that the return shipping label will expire in 7 days, so please send it back as soon as possible. Write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Simply attach the label to the package and drop off with the carrier within 3 days.

Please note that a shipping label fee of 30 USD per item will be deducted from the refund. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email to info.songmont@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number, we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time). We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

 

- For other region orders

Orders outside of US can be returned using your own choice of shipping carrier at your own cost as we will not be able to provide a return label. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
